Senior Cognition Corner offers a free cognitive quiz and a paid Personalized Cognitive Toolkit. The toolkit is a digital product (PDF document) containing puzzles and exercises personalized to the buyer. The toolkit is delivered via email after purchase.
The quiz and Brain Age result are provided free of charge for entertainment and educational purposes.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed including applicable taxes and fees. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase. The current price of the Personalized Cognitive Toolkit is displayed on the product page at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery
The Personalized Cognitive Toolkit is a digital product delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of purchase, but may take up to 24 hours during periods of high demand. If you have not received your toolkit within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@seniorcognitioncorner.com.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA): Digital products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m). By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the PDF has been delivered.
For customers outside the EEA: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds are issued once the product has been delivered.
If your product was not delivered or is substantially defective (e.g., corrupted file, blank pages), contact us and we will either redeliver the product or issue a full refund.
6. Personalized Content
The puzzles in the Personalized Cognitive Toolkit are generated based on information you provide during checkout. While we make every effort to produce high-quality content, the nature of computer-generated material means that minor imperfections may occasionally occur. These do not constitute a product defect.
